Savory Mashed Potato Casserole

Why I Like It: These taters make regular mashed seem so boring! And NO gravy necessary! What I like about this dish best is that you can actually whip up “mashed potatoes” a day in advance.
Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
3 ounces cream cheese
2-3 green onions, minced
1/2 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender and drain. Whip together the potatoes, milk, salt, and butter until fluffy. Mix in sour cream, cream cheese and green onions. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
